These Terms of Use provide general conditions for access to the websites, software, and related services of Sinex Solutions, Inc. ("Sinex," "we," or "us").

Terms of Use

Customer Agreements
Services provided under a separate written agreement remain governed by that agreement. These Terms supplement and do not replace or amend it. If there is a conflict, the separate written agreement controls. Fees, service levels, warranties, liability, and other negotiated terms remain as stated in that agreement.

Authorized Use
Use our websites and services only for lawful purposes and within the access and permissions granted to you. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or use them to violate another person’s rights.

Accounts and Access
Keep your login credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Notify Sinex or your organization’s administrator if you become aware of unauthorized account use. Access to customer services is subject to the applicable customer agreement and account permissions.

Ownership and Customer Content
Sinex and its licensors retain their rights in the software, website materials, and related intellectual property. Customers retain their rights in information and materials they provide. Access does not transfer ownership, and permitted use is subject to applicable agreements and law.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. Customer information is also subject to applicable customer agreements.

Website Information and Third Party Links
General website materials are provided for informational purposes and may change. We do not guarantee that these materials are complete, current, or free of errors. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms. This section does not alter commitments in a separate written customer agreement.

Service Changes and Access Restrictions
We may update our websites and services or restrict access to address misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements, subject to applicable customer agreements and law.

Updates and Questions
We may revise these Terms and post an updated effective date, with additional notice where required. Revisions do not amend a separate written customer agreement except through the amendment process in that agreement.
